First time ordering was great, second time round though they did not deliver on the tarp areas and did not ask/let me know they’re dumping in the bare driveway. I greeted them at the start, went inside, and came back out to this. Very disappointed to now have to deal with mulch straight on the driveway.

My second time using them. This time I got 2 cubic yards of 50/50 soil and one cubic yard of the Texas mulch. I opted for no contact delivery cuz I was working when they delivered and wasn’t home. They followed the requests beautifully and left it exactly where I requested. Would recommend.

I needed a cubic yard of top soil in short order. A friend of mine had a 5 x 10 foot utility trailer where we met up at AWLS (Austin Wholesale Landscape Supply). The sales office is literally curbside. I parked just feet away from the front door, walked in said that I had called earlier and was quoted $35 per cubic yard of top soil. I purchased one. Walked out to where by buddy was parked with the trailer. Not 5 minutes later a small front loader showed up and scooped a bucket full from a mound nearby and dumped it in the trailer. All of that took 20 minutes or less. Good service and really great top soil. A two thumbs up from me.

Everything went very smoothly with our order. It was delivered on time with a call saying the driver was close by so that I could meet him and show him where we wanted our mulch dumped. We will use AWLS again!

Ordered 5 yds of 50/50 mix back in May and it’s filled with trash, literally plastic and glass. The fill must’ve come from a land fill or the side of a highway. Plants don’t like plastic (we tried using this) and we’re sure not going to use it to grow food. So now we have 5 yards of fill we really can’t use. A bummer for sure. Definitely check the product they try and deliver before accepting delivery.

Great service, affordable prices and prompt delivery. And the delivery was very professional. You can tell the driver got out and made sure it was on the tarp on the driveway approach and not all in the street. I was very impressed.

Upon entering AWLS, my objective was to find a gravelstone that matched a specimen I possessed at home. The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism and provided invaluable assistance. Despite Andrea’s recommendation of a specific stone that did not align with my requirements, I proceeded with the purchase. However, as the delivery was in transit, I came to the realization of Andrea’s accuracy and the potential error I was about to commit. I promptly contacted the staff, and to my astonishment, they responded after hours with a direct phone call. Andrea promptly rectified the situation by reversing the truck, refunding the material, and, to my utmost surprise, offering a 50% refund of the delivery fee. If you prioritize exceptional customer service, I highly recommend AWLS.

Such an amazing company to work with! I ordered some decomposed granite and river rock for my landscaping, and ordering was so easy. Everybody at the company was so responsive and easy to work with, and they work tirelessly to make sure you have the best experience. Honestly the 50/50 mix I got from them seems like it’s just 100% clay soil and has made it very hard on me to accomplish good drainage. Other than the quality of the product they were very easy to work with and made pickups quick

These guys were easy to work with. Great prices and great delivery with a courteous and cooperative driver. I asked my rocks to be dropped onto my front flowerbed right next to the driveway, and they even found a solution to not damage a few rosebushes that could have been in the way. Highly recommend and will use again!

Big fan of Austin Wholesale! I have used them many times for my lawn and various landscape projects. 2 things stand out:

1: quality of mulch compost and materials is top notch. Good clean dirt!

So there I am, posted up with a Tallboy in hand, watchin’ this dude tryin’ to squeeze his life into the back of that car like it’s a scene outta Let it Burn. Trunk’s lookin’ like it’s beggin’ for mercy, and he’s over there breakin’ a sweat like he’s fightin’ gravity. I’m sittin’ back, takin’ a sip, hummin’ ‘Gotta let it burn…’ real low, thinkin’ he might just give up. But nah, this guy? He doesn’t know how to quit.

And you know what? He finally made it work. Man’s got that kinda persistence that’ll move mountains—or at least fit a whole lot into a backseat that wasn’t givin’ him nothin’. Respect.

I can’t say enough good things about Austin Wholesale Landscape Supply! I was in a bit of a bind, totally under-prepared with nothing but the back seat of my rental car to load rocks. Despite the situation, the team went above and beyond to help me out. They were incredibly cool, super helpful, and didn’t hesitate for a second. We were so impressed with Austin Landscape both times we have used them. The prices are the absolute best. The customer service can’t be beat. And when we were panicking about part of the rocks on our landscape project they held our hand and reassured us they would not let things come unraveled and they would be there through the end. I purchased a load of gravel, prepped everything and had my guys ready to unload at the agreed upon time. I received a call later that the AWLS driver didn’t feel safe dumping it while it was raining and left, citing that I had a long and steep driveway. The driveway is actually not steeper than the road to get to it and has a level concrete pad at the end where the actual dumping would take place. The driver would have known that had they stopped to actually look or even ask all of us standing outside, but he just drove by. If he stopped and explained that he didn’t want to unload it, that would have even been better than getting a call from the office later. Very strange.

UPDATE: I called a competitor (starts with a W) and had gravel on site not even two hours after I made this review, absolutely no hassle and it was less expensive too. Welp, now I know.

Easy online order platform with clear delivery process. Price is great. Slightly more limited with drop off locations (have to deliver in the driveway, not easy to deliver in locations with steel edging in the way), otherwise, the most cost efficient option for Northwest Austin. I will order from them again.

Ordered 4 yards of hardwood mulch. Good quality mulch delivered on the day they promised. Delivery driver took care to dump this load exactly where we wanted on our driveway.

Great price and service! I had a full load of compost and then a full load of mulch delivered. They came in a timely manner and even dumped the compost directly in my yard/future flower bed as requested.

You can see in my photos the compost when I got it fresh and how well my zinnias are doing.

Great service! I was having trouble getting the specific amount I wanted online, so I called in. The folks at Austin Wholesale Landscape Supply were very nice, got my order settled over the phone, let me know how to use the website in the future, and got everything delivered the next day.

The delivery driver was hardworking and nice – we got two very distinct piles of bulk material (50/50 soil & hardwood mulch). Other landscape supply places warned us that the materials would mix in the bed if we ordered two different things, so I was prepared to do some sifting. However, it wasn’t necessary at all.

If the soil mix is as good as the service, I’m confident I’ll have a wonderful fall garden once the heat lets up.

Had a great experience with them early this spring. Bought mulch and raised bed soil from them with excellent results in the garden this year. Had the raised bed soil delivered and they accommodated us to deliver it next day, no fuss, and at 8am on the dot.

We will be buying from them again to refresh the mulch around our property. So glad to have found a local family owned company to support!

Can we get accommodations nothing but proud full people and didnt wanna hear us out down below i will be attaching a picture of were we usually go and the Mechine they use that that equals a yard and the tiny machine they use so please go anywhere else.
