My second time using them. This time I got 2 cubic yards of 50/50 soil and one cubic yard of the Texas mulch. I opted for no contact delivery cuz I was working when they delivered and wasn’t home. They followed the requests beautifully and left it exactly where I requested. Would recommend.
I needed a cubic yard of top soil in short order. A friend of mine had a 5 x 10 foot utility trailer where we met up at AWLS (Austin Wholesale Landscape Supply). The sales office is literally curbside. I parked just feet away from the front door, walked in said that I had called earlier and was quoted $35 per cubic yard of top soil. I purchased one. Walked out to where by buddy was parked with the trailer. Not 5 minutes later a small front loader showed up and scooped a bucket full from a mound nearby and dumped it in the trailer. All of that took 20 minutes or less. Good service and really great top soil. A two thumbs up from me.
Everything went very smoothly with our order. It was delivered on time with a call saying the driver was close by so that I could meet him and show him where we wanted our mulch dumped. We will use AWLS again!
Ordered 5 yds of 50/50 mix back in May and it’s filled with trash, literally plastic and glass. The fill must’ve come from a land fill or the side of a highway. Plants don’t like plastic (we tried using this) and we’re sure not going to use it to grow food. So now we have 5 yards of fill we really can’t use. A bummer for sure. Definitely check the product they try and deliver before accepting delivery.
Great service, affordable prices and prompt delivery. And the delivery was very professional. You can tell the driver got out and made sure it was on the tarp on the driveway approach and not all in the street. I was very impressed.

Andrea promptly rectified the situation by reversing the truck, refunding the material, and, to my utmost surprise, offering a 50% refund of the delivery fee. Everybody at the company was so responsive and easy to work with, and they work tirelessly to make sure you have the best experience. I had a great experience with Austin Wholesale for my landscaping project. I went to their shop to look at pavers, and the staff was very helpful and ensured a quality control check before delivery. I also placed online orders of DG and deliveries were on time and simple. Would definitely go here again!
Honestly the 50/50 mix I got from them seems like it’s just 100% clay soil and has made it very hard on me to accomplish good drainage. Other than the quality of the product they were very easy to work with and made pickups quick
These guys were easy to work with. Great prices and great delivery with a courteous and cooperative driver. I asked my rocks to be dropped onto my front flowerbed right next to the driveway, and they even found a solution to not damage a few rosebushes that could have been in the way. Highly recommend and will use again!

I can’t say enough good things about Austin Wholesale Landscape Supply! I was in a bit of a bind, totally under-prepared with nothing but the back seat of my rental car to load rocks. Despite the situation, the team went above and beyond to help me out. They were incredibly cool, super helpful, and didn’t hesitate for a second. Even with my awkward setup, they made sure I had everything I needed and were patient and friendly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them for their outstanding service and willingness to go the extra mile!

We were so impressed with Austin Landscape both times we have used them. The prices are the absolute best. The customer service can’t be beat. And when we were panicking about part of the rocks on our landscape project they held our hand and reassured us they would not let things come unraveled and they would be there through the end. I will definitely come back and refer my friends.
I purchased a load of gravel, prepped everything and had my guys ready to unload at the agreed upon time. I received a call later that the AWLS driver didn’t feel safe dumping it while it was raining and left, citing that I had a long and steep driveway. The driveway is actually not steeper than the road to get to it and has a level concrete pad at the end where the actual dumping would take place. The driver would have known that had they stopped to actually look or even ask all of us standing outside, but he just drove by. If he stopped and explained that he didn’t want to unload it, that would have even been better than getting a call from the office later. Very strange.
UPDATE: I called a competitor (starts with a W) and had gravel on site not even two hours after I made this review, absolutely no hassle and it was less expensive too. Welp, now I know.

Easy online order platform with clear delivery process. Price is great. Slightly more limited with drop off locations (have to deliver in the driveway, not easy to deliver in locations with steel edging in the way), otherwise, the most cost efficient option for Northwest Austin. I will order from them again.

Ordered 4 yards of hardwood mulch. Good quality mulch delivered on the day they promised. Delivery driver took care to dump this load exactly where we wanted on our driveway.
Great price and service! I had a full load of compost and then a full load of mulch delivered. They came in a timely manner and even dumped the compost directly in my yard/future flower bed as requested.

Great service! I was having trouble getting the specific amount I wanted online, so I called in. The folks at Austin Wholesale Landscape Supply were very nice, got my order settled over the phone, let me know how to use the website in the future, and got everything delivered the next day.
The delivery driver was hardworking and nice – we got two very distinct piles of bulk material (50/50 soil & hardwood mulch). Other landscape supply places warned us that the materials would mix in the bed if we ordered two different things, so I was prepared to do some sifting. However, it wasn’t necessary at all.
If the soil mix is as good as the service, I’m confident I’ll have a wonderful fall garden once the heat lets up.

Can we get accommodations nothing but proud full people and didnt wanna hear us out down below i will be attaching a picture of were we usually go and the Mechine they use that that equals a yard and the tiny machine they use so please go anywhere else.
